Luxura Hair is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances. Luxura Hair accepts returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and packaging. Custom-made wigs and hairpieces are non-refundable. Please review our Return Policy for more detailed information.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Make sure your appointment is the right fit before you reserve your spot.

  • YOUR NATURAL HAIR

    Your natural hair and leave-out must be approximately chin-length or longer.

  • NEW CLIENTS

    New hair extensions are required for first-time clients.

  • TEXTURE

    Kinky and yaki textures are not accepted for the Signature Sew-In.

  • CURLY EXTENSIONS

    Curly extensions require a $35 styling fee for silk pressing and finishing.
